According to Avaya's End-of-Life procedures, equipment, software, and support of Norstar products will be phased out over the next several years. Why have maintenance on your telephone system?

Budget and Savings.  Maintenance helps a company budget its telephone operating costs. If a major failure occurs, the monthly maintenance plan would cover such an occurrence instead of a costly unplanned system replacement.

Free Phone Support. Need help programming a phone? Call us, and we'll give you free over-the-phone support. Non-maintenance customers are billed $45.00 for the first 30 minutes.

Free On Site Annual Tech Visit. STS will provide an on-site tech visit to insure your system will stay running smooth.  The on-site tech visit can point out potential problems and allow us to correct them. Additionally, a programming database backup will be performed. The on-site tech visit is a $135.00 value.

Maintenance Agreements

Your telephone system is the life-line of your business. Sensible Technology Services, LLC understands your need for uninterrupted communications. We offer service agreements that will provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction, quick response time with up to 35%  savings.  Sensible Technology Services, LLC, a reseller of Norstar products, will save you up to 35% on your current service contract.

•  Your service agreement covers you fully on all parts and labor.

•  Our staff of trained telephone technicians are on call 7 days a week.

•  We service the complete line of  Norstar telephones, phone systems, and voice mail.

•  Your STS Services Agreement includes an annual on-site technician visit at no charge.

•  No additional charge for over the telephone programming support.

•  We provide 4-hour major service call response and 24-hour minor service call response time.

•  Your STS service agreement will provide you with emergency on-site service response.

•  We will not drop your service because you choose not to upgrade your system.

•  Two year agreements receive the 13th month free.

•  Three year agreements receive set refurbishment* at no charge in addition to the 13th month free.

Please note: Moves (re-location of sets), additional jacks or program changes (MAC), are not included in the maintenance agreement; however, they are subject to discount. Standard maintenance agreements for Norstar systems are only available in our local service area of Alabama. Special maintenance agreements may be possible in other areas.

*Set refurbishment consists of replacing worn or noisy phone cords; replacing or reprinting missing button caps, strips and labels; programming to match labels to button function. Basic programming such as time and date setting and set naming are included with provided customer data.
